Brought on to support STICKIT Magnetic Gear’s growing DTC business, I lead marketing strategy, product launches, campaign execution, and creative direction across the brand’s digital ecosystem. Working closely with the founders, my role spans everything from launch strategy and brand positioning to email marketing, content direction, Shopify optimization, production management, and full-funnel campaign execution.

The goal was simple, but critical. Focus on scaling brand awareness, refining product storytelling, improving conversion performance, and creating a more consistent customer experience across email, social, web, and launch campaigns. Key initiatives have included launching multiple new products and collections, developing integrated marketing campaigns, implementing automated email flows, managing photo and video productions, and optimizing the site experience to support continued DTC growth.
The work has contributed to significant year-over-year growth across revenue, orders, customer engagement, and email performance while helping position STICKIT as a lifestyle-driven brand within the golf and consumer accessories space.
